The cozy small single room was stocked with useful amenities, including a kettle and a well-stocked tea and coffee tray. Plus, having USB sockets for charging devices was a nice touch that made my stay easier.
The bathroom had an air diffuser that sprayed an unpleasant scent, which wasn't ideal. The walls were a bit thin, so you might hear your neighbors more than you'd like, especially if they're using the sink or toilet. On top of that, I found the prices a bit high given the size of the room and the peak tourist season, though it was a comfortable stay overall.

Loved my stay at the Ivanhoe! The single room was cozy and had everything I needed, including USB ports for charging devices. I especially appreciated the thoughtful tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations with a variety of options. fresh strawberries and diverse cereals made for a pleasant morning. The location on a quiet street was a bonus, just a short walk from the center of town. the self-check-in process felt a bit confusing initially, and I struggled with the instructions. Despite this, the friendly landlady made my experience welcoming and warm. A bigger shower would enhance comfort since the space was a bit snug.

We loved the cozy feel of the place, and the breakfast was excellent! We stayed with our newborn, and the daily cleanup was really accommodating without being intrusive. It was only a 15-minute stroll to the town center, making it super convenient for our family.
My wife says that a larger shower would be ideal.

Cosy stay with great breakfast
Booked a single room for a night, and it was super comfy! Loved the snack options like crisps and biscuits. Having USB ports was a nice touch for charging. Breakfast had loads to pick from, especially the pancakes! Just a heads up, the stairs are a bit steep, so prepare for that.

Perfect for couples looking for a cozy stay
Janette was an amazing host, always making sure we had what we needed and she even recommended some great local spots for dinner. The breakfast was honestly top-notch, with a spread of fresh fruit and hot options that really set us up for the day.
It was a bit pricey but still within reasonable limits for what we got.
